What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, shirt size and colour, and the design you create (uploaded images and/or text).
• Approximate location (only if you allow it)— when you tap “Allow location”, we take a single reading and immediately round it to a rough area (about 1 km). We never collect or store your precise position, and we do not track you or run location in the background.

Why we use it

We use your approximate location for one purpose: to match your order to the nearest partner print shop so your design can be produced close to you. If you decline location, you can pick a shop manually at checkout — the app works fully without it. Your order details are used to produce and deliver your shirt and to contact you about your order.

Sharing with print shops

To fulfil your order we send your design and order details by email to the print shop that will produce it. That shop is an independent business and may be located in another country, so your information may be transferred across borders. You confirm this sharing at checkout before you pay. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your approximate location is used once for routing and then removed — we keep only which shop your order was matched to, not your coordinates. Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our business and legal obligations, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

• You can decline location and still order using the manual shop picker.
• You can change location permission any time in your browser or device settings.
• You can ask us to access or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for a future order, by contacting us below.
